You'll notice in the pictures I've still got some tools and caca in the way.LOL But I was too excited to post my latest work.

Yummy...

Here's something I'm sure most of you haven't tried...it's one of a kind to our Province (Quebec) and strange thing is... It was created by a west Virginian, who later was a waiter in New York, where he met his wife and came here and created what we now know as Dic Ann's!!! the rest is history!!!

Altered TM hanging sign die

Here I thought what a great idea to create two dies with one... So I decided, that I would have just as much use with this die as a lable die and when I wanted it to be a hanging sign all I need to do is punch holes with my crop a dile.
here are the results...

altered wooden box

tada... didn't take too long to finish the box.. all there is left to do is put a picture and create a mini to put inside..What inspired me for this box was an old picture of my great grand parents that I will puting in the frame
here are the steps on what I did,
I used an antiquing medium on the wooden box,to create that aged look, and inked the edge with TH black soot. The beautiful white flower was a flower swap we had at my scrap room, last year. This flower was created by ER. just perfect for this project.. thanks ER! the pink flower I made using Hydrangea flower petals.
The clock face was an old watch I took apart that was no longer working, and I added TH game spinners.Behind that I used the "Recollection" floral embellishement, along with I am roses. You will find I am roses on the top left with a little MS butterfly. The bling at the top was all hand glued by me. and to finished off the book I put a TH corner piece.
Thanks for taken a peak... :)

A moment in time

I named this layout... exactly what it is... This picture of me was taken when I was 25 and always loved it... so what better way of displaying it using graphic 45 Renaissance Faire Collection..

Here I stamped the butterfly and fussy cut and put pearls to add dimension, I used some Prima pearls.

The lace came from a boutique, the domino is aged using, brown stayz on, and some black Archival ink. I made the lace flower and put a Recollection brad, used an earing heart, some I am roses, and of course a Tim Holtz film strip.

Well here's what I've been up tooooooo...

I love getting my hands into a lot of different challanges. So here I've decided to pull out all the walls in the basement washroom to see where, were my pluming was... Cuz I had a plan!!! or did I lol.. Behold my other half, had no idea what I was up to... so what do you think he said when he came home from work and saw all the gyspse on the floor?.. he wasn't too impressed with me...lol. So here are some before and after pictures... I wish I had taken pictures, when all the wall were down... but didn't think of it.

In this picture I've moved all the plumbing from left to right to fit the stackable washer and dryer and did all the mudding for the drywall myself

tada here's what it looks like

this wall is where the toilet and drain is

this is the new toilet I've installed

and here are the new lights I put up..

so all there is left to do... is install some cabinet... well I left that to an expert!
